Hi, this is my new matte painting...

I used Maya to model most of the mountains and rocks which where then taken to Zbrush for refinement and then to Photohop for the final composition. The sketch is done in Photoshop only.

you can upload a hi-res here but set the full view to a smaller size. when they press download (if the option is available) the hi res will be the one that will be downloaded... i think :D

It looks so REAL! :wow: I absolutely love it! :heart: :heart: :heart: I really the shading on the clouds, and how careful the lighting is, even on the smallest spaces, and how you can see the light kind of spill in through the mountains. Your dedication to detail is wonderful! ^_^ Amazing work! :heart:

Its beautiful. There's so much detail it realy looks real. :shocked:
I do have a question (not realy important):Where is the shadow on the right hillside coming from?
